Hi all!
So I've been referred to the perinatal mental health team because my anxiety has gone quite bad with foods and contamination since being pregnant but the team don't have any appointments until the end of May! So I've decided to try some self help books in the meantime, can anyone recommend any CBT books relating to perinatal anxiety/OCD you've used if you have experienced something similar? Would really appreciate any advise/recommendations! Thanks all
