Just searched and she hasn't been posting since 22nd October, which was last Friday I think.

Is she on maternity leave with no computer?

Wasn't she awaiting the outcome of her Court Hearing over maintenance etc.

Her dd was possibly on half-term last week?

Hi everyone. I had mail from her today and she's fine. had flu and her little one is poorly!

Hello all - well sorry to say little Max has not made an appearance yet although have had some funny pains especially last night - midwife said it was ligament pain - I said F Me I can't remeber contractions being this bad so am in for a shock soon eh!!

DD has had a funny rash is something called Pitreus Rosea (sp) but the doctor sent us for some tests just to make sure it was nothing that could do baby any harm - we were panicking at how we keep her away from me and who would have her if she had something yucky!! And OI have had the flu - think it was a combination of being tired and working so late and worrying about X2b and what would happen in court - got run down and whammo hit for six - stupid thing was I found the worse thing about being ill was peeing myself with every cough or sneezing fit - the head cold was nothing compaerd to the complete lack of dignity!!

Went to Court last week to - DP and I spoke about things and we decided not to fight if that was what X2b wanted - we have everything we need and the last thing we want to have to deal with is paying out more legal bills and having a court date hanging over us when we have DD and a new baby to look after (I only want to pay off some debt and have a new kitchen and bathroom!!)- I walked away with 35% of the equity of the house minus a few things that he decided that I sould be paying for!! - but not as much as he thought I should be paying for as he didn't read the final copy properly so I probably made another 10k out of him thinking he got such a result and signing in a rusH!! - Anyway I will make sure that DD knows that he didn;t give 2 shits about her financial security when she grows up - that he said in court was mine and DPs responsibility now and this barrister who was as nasty and arrogant as him kept saying that I had great earning potential when I was not pregnant - cheeky cow she actually said it like I should have been ashamed!!

Anyway thats all over now and we put in for the absolute on the same day so hopefully I will be legally rid of him and awaiting a ring from DP!!!

Am having a sweep this afternoon so with a bit of luck will have better news to post with regards to the baby in a few days - believe me I have never felt like something wants to get out of me so much - I can't remember it being like this with DD sometims its complete agony like he is trying to push my internals aside to get out!!

Anyway thanks for thinking of me and wondering where I was. XXX

Twinkie I'm glad it's all over now. And as you've said, when dd gets older she will eb able to draw her own conclusions about his lack of worth simply by looking at the facts.

I emailed her yesterday but have not received a reply. I don't think she has internet access at the moment.

Her baby is due any day now.
