Pregnancy test

Hi girl, how many days after ovulation you found out that you were pregnant? I m 10DPO and I have a negative test. Not sure if it's a false negative or a real negative.

I have the implantation symptoms like spotting since 6DPO up to today inclusive, I have lower back pain and mild cramps. It feels like these are period symptoms but I read online that they say it's implantation spotting and cramping. Don't know what to think.

Can you share how early you took the pregnancy test and it was positive? Thanks to all of you for sharing. Xx

I took my 2 DCs 6 days before my period was due and both were positive. So I always knew when I was 3 weeks and 1/2 days pregnant. However I do ovulate early and some people don’t get a positive until their period is due

I tested positive 6 days before my period was due which was 8dpo.

But so many women don’t test positive until much later.

Theoretically my period is due on 13th which makes me 5 days before period. Do you think it's still early?
I Took CB 6 days before period and it shows negative.
Maybe the spotting I m experiencing it's actually a period and not implantation spotting?
Shall I keep hoping and test later?

I would keep hope! You aren’t out the running until AF makes an appearance. You might ovulate later and get a positive in a few days, good luck!

Honestly this is why I avoided testing before period was due for both of my dc- I figured I'd never know whether to believe a negative result anyway! I tested every 48 hours from day of missed period and with my ds I didn't get a positive result until I was 5 days late and with dd when I was 4. I know it's immensely hard to resist testing early but unless you have a healthy bank balance I wouldn't bother until you're due! Fingers crossed for you 😊

I tested negative on early response FRER at 8, 9 and 10dpo. 11dpo I gave up and then randomly late in the day did a cheapie test, one of the 25 for £10 ones off Amazon. Suuuuper faint positive. 12dpo positive on FRER, 14dpo for a positive on a Clearblue.
