Sweeps

I had my third sweep yesterday, my first two didn't do much and I had no pains at all afterwards. Since I had my sweep yesterday, I had light pink blood, and horrendous cramps. Went to bed, woke up and then have clear mucus and those horrendous cramps today.

Is this just the aftermath of a sweep or could it be things going in the right direction?

Could be both or either or neither... not helpful, I know!

Sweeps only 'work' when conditions were ready anyway. No way to know if it's causative.

I went into labour the day after my 2nd sweep, it took until the next afternoon for cramps to really kick though.

That’s sounds positive to me, exactly what happened to me the two times I had sweeps and labour started within 24 hours.
