Pregnancy acne

I'm developing very bad pregnancy acne on my face which is very apparent and is leaving scars on my face, its like a combination of white heads and lots of other spots, has anyone else had this problem and is there anything that has worked for others to manage and improve the condition? I'm in 24 weeks currently.

Yes I had horrendous acne during my first pregnancy. So painful! My midwife said there wasn't much they could safely prescribe so I never pushed for anything and it got awful. I'm now 9 weeks pregnant with my 2nd and have already spoken to dermatologist who has prescribed me Azelaic acid gel which is so far working wonders! Definitely speak to your GP x
