Hi I'm currently not pregnantšŸ˜”but we have been trying to conceive and have just started IVF. I would like to start using skincare products and recently brought:
•Nivea Q10 Power, Anti-wrinkle and Firming
Eye Cream
•Neutrigina Hydro Boost Gel Cream
•Garner Micellar Cleansing Water
I wanted to know if these 3 products are safe to use during pregnancy? As I'm not using any products that could be harmful when pregnant just incase I am pregnant without knowing it while we're trying.
Is there a list somewhere of all ingredients in skincare products that you shouldn't use while pregnant?
Many thanks x

Yes, it’s just retinol you should avoid because it’s a kind of vitamin A, which you need to avoid in high doses during pregnancy.

If you take a regular multivitamin, you should swap to a pregnancy multivitamin for the same reason.
