Hi is there any vegetarian multivitamin that is in a gummy form rather than hard tablet that would be recommended during pregnancy for any health aspect. Also please let me know the vitamins you are taking during pregnancy

Not sure about a vegetarian one but I’m taking a seven seas multivitamin which seems a bit easier on the stomach than pregnacare. Also I take a probiotic once a day too, and an omega 3 - when I remember!

Vitabiotics do vegan gummies, boots sell them if you want to have a look at them on the website.

All you need is a vitamin d and folic acid supplement, unless your doctor tells you otherwise or you know you struggle with a varied diet - I'm guessing as you are looking for vegetarian supplements iron might be an issue but this is tested for during your midwife appointments as your iron needs increase a lot during pregnancy.

I've just been taking the superdrug or boots own vitamin d and folic acid, it's a tablet but it's tiny if swallowing tablets is difficult - some multivitamins seem to be giant for no real reason!

@maria1995xxx It's OptiBac for pregnancy - one tablet/ day. I originally looked for one as I had a course of antibiotics for a UTI that gave me thrush - then had a second UTI and 2 lots of antibiotics for this (first 5 days was the wrong type - then 7 days of the correct type) so wanted to avoid this again. Took them before, during and since then and no thrush so they definitely did something!
