Pregnancy back acne

I am pregnant with my 3rd child after a 10
Year gap. I am 9 weeks + 5. I have developed really bad back acne that is also going onto my neck, breasts and belly. Luckily my face isn't too bad I have got some spots but no more than usual. I just wondered if anyone else has suffered with this as I didn't have it with my first 2. If so how long did it last? I'm hoping it calms down for summer, although the sun may help it clear up. Anything that could help would be appreciated.

I have this currently and I'm 20 weeks - have had it pretty much from the start, before pregnancy I had never had a spot on my back in my life, now it is covered in them. Also have a few on my chest/neck and all over my right cheek!!!! I am praying they go especially as it's getting warmer and I'll have more skin on show.

Does anyone who has experienced this know of anything to help get rid or is it just a waiting game ?

I have this too! Not in other pgs but this one is horrendous - just feeling my back the skin is so bumpy, it's like every pore is clogged.

I've been exfoliating in the bath and it might be helping a little...but we'll see.
