38 weeks and grumpy

Hi guys. I'm 38 weeks tomorrow. I'm feeling so grumpy/emotional and just want to start feeling those contractions!

Is anyone else feeling like this? Feel free to whine! X

Yep 40+1 weeks and very grumpy now. Was ready for him to come 2 weeks ago! every day feels like 3! X

I feel like that what I'm going to be like! The midwife keeps telling me that il be early.. but I wish she wouldn't as everyday I'm expecting it! I've been fully engaged for weeks

I'm only 35+4 and feeling this way!

Feeling really down at the moment for no reason!
I don't think lockdown has helped at all!
I have zero motivation and feel exhausted every day even days when I don't do too much!

Baby is feeling really low and movements are very strong and sometimes painful with all the knees, elbows and feet!

I can't wait to hold my baby and feel guilty for feeling so down!

Hopefully yours will come soon, I'm booked in with the midwife tomorrow for a sweep so fingers crossed it will get things moving x

I'm 37+5 and have been so grumpy the past couple of days. I'm just so ready for this baby to come 😩

I've been going for walks every day to try and bring it on!

I'm 37+6 & feeling so fed up now. I have had no braxton hicks yet & baby isn't low yet so I can see me being over due which makes me cry at the thought. I have a hospital appointment at 39+5 which they have said they will do a sweep & book me in for an induction. I'm hoping to god its a few days later & not 2 weeks.

39+5 here and a big fat grump.

Went for my sweep but she couldn't reach the cervix. I have another booked in for Tuesday but if that doesn't work they've booked my induction for the 18th. I really hope I don't have to be induced x

37+6 also v grumpy and fed up!

I was frustrated leading up that birth but when I went into labour I realised the day before I was in a fowl mood, I stomped off to the shops, over due and brought junk food. It was a proper grumpy I’m going to kill everyone mood so you never know it might be a good sign and a sign your hormones are changing 🤞

Eek.. well I'm going to have to ring the hospital soon because I've had reduced movements since about 6 pm last night!

He's usually really active. Hope everyone is okay xx

Hope everythings ok, I went up for the same at 38 weeks and he started moving loads in the waiting room. They say not to wait to ring the hospital though and to do it as soon as you notice a change x
