Intercourse before copper coil

Hi has anyone been in the same situation. I was due the copper coil and stupidly had sex 5 days and 8 days before copper coil was fitted. Its been fitted 2 weeks this week should we be ok?

The 5 days is fine as the coil can be used as emergency contraception up to 5 days after, however the 8 days isn't covered. Depends when you ovulated but definitely do a test in a week, they say 3 weeks after it's been fitted so test in a week x

Thank you LemonRizzle day 5 was the one I was more worried about to be fair. I had the tell tale symptoms but probably just worrying as I havent had a period in 8 weeks x
