So I'm on the implant and have been for 5 years I'm getting my second one out next week.. my periods are completely messed up and I was actually on the pill and the implant to try and regulate them... we are going to start TTC but I'm quite clueless on how it works. I know it needs to be around ovulation time but I have 0 idea when that would be for me! Help! How do I figure this out? I've bought ovulation test strips from eBay not sure if they'll be accurate though
