Just wondering if anyone on here has been pregnant and not tested positive on a home urine test or blood test until after 6 - 7 weeks pregnant?

A blood test will detect any hcg in your system, even the smallest amount, so if that is negative then doesn't look like you're pregnant unfortunately

You can only get a false negative if you test too early. If your period is late and you keep testing negative, trust this result. If you test negative today and get a positive tomorrow, this would mean you conceived one to two weeks prior, meaning you would be between three and four weeks pregnant. If more than three weeks after the last intercourse passed and the test is negative, you can rest assured you are not pregnant.

I was 20weeks pregnant with my first child when I finally got a positive test result.
I was in hospital with gastroenteritis when I was about 8weeks pregnant, they asked if I could be pregnant and I said well there's a chance. They tested my blood for things but never told me I was infant pregnant.
My son is now 4!!

It's perfectly ordinary to only get a positive at 20 weeks if this is when you started testing... The hospital may never have tested you for pregnancy MamaPhoenix.

I was testing at least once a week for the first couple of months and then once a month till my positive.
Even my midwives were shocked when I told them about the blood test not being checked so idk.
