I think I have a UTI I need a wee all the time but only a small drizzle comes out I'm also not really feeling myself just a bit spaced out. I'm 32 weeks pregnant but obviously as it's the weekend my doctors are closed. I'm not sure is there something I can take at home get from the pharmacy to help? I'm not really sure who to contact as it's the weekend and Easter? Thank you

You need to call the out of hours service.

Another one for ‘call out of hours service’ please do. UTIs can be dangerous in pregnancy

Just call 111 and a doctor will probably prescribe you antibiotics over the phone, then hopefully you get collect them tonight or tomorrow somewhere that’s open. I had to do this as I thought I had the same over one of the Xmas bank holidays!

Agree with PPs.

@May2021Mummy I called triage a few weekends ago as I was worried o had a UTI and as previous posters said I heard it can be dangerous in pregnancy. The midwife I spoke to said it was fine to wait until the GP was open on the Monday. So I was left over the weekend feeling very uncomfortable. I did see GP on the Monday and confirmed I had a UTI and was given antibiotics. I suppose it depends how long you’ve felt like this for? As you should ideally get treated sooner rather than later x

I am 34 weeks pregnant and felt similar to you, needing to wee all the time, only small amounts coming out and partner kept saying I seemed off and out of it and just didnt feel myself. I had an appointment anyway at maternity on wednesday and my urine was tested. They kept me all day to monitor me and turned out it was a bad kidney infection. I have a strong course of antibiotics and have had to leave urine samples back up and will continue to have to until it is cleared up. You shouldnt really feel out of it from a mild UTI, call out of hours, maternity or on call midwife and get checked.
