Just wondering if anyone else has been through anything similar and were able to share there experiences?
So i was told at 20 weeks I had a low lying placenta which was reaching the cervix, I then had bleeding at 27 weeks & 31 weeks which ment I had to stay in each time for monitoring for 48 hrs and then allowed home, each time it just came on all of a sudden I didn’t have any pain and it stopped after a few hours,
I was given steroid injections after the first episode of bleeding and referred for a growth scan,
When I had the growth scan the baby was around 10th centile line which they said he was smaller than expected but not to worry and booked me in for a scan in another 12 days this time he was under 5th centile line so they referred me for Three CTG monitoring sessions, I have a scan in a few days time to check baby’s blood flow ect and then another scan and a few days after then to re asses everything,
They haven’t really said much around birth plans or anything but I’m thinking I may need to end up having a c section, they did mention it may be better to bring him early also, I’m coming up 34 weeks anyone had anything similar I just wish I knew a little more around what was happening and how long they would potentially leave me before arranging to deliver the baby if he still wasn’t growing how he should but no one seems to be able to give me any answers at the moment :(
