Unlikely but is it possible?

So I know this is crazy unlikely, but I’m wondering if it’s possible?

I’m on the pill but I messed it up. I’ve been getting pregnancy symptoms (nausea inc mild vom, sore breasts, mild menstrual cramps and lower back pain, mood swings, headaches, bloating (the worst I’ve ever had), loss of appetite, sometimes feeling full quickly and occasionally mild constipation). The only symptom I haven’t had is a missed period (I know this is crucial!) but my doctor said that some women who get pregnant on the pill still get their withdrawal bleeds and that I need to take a test. It’s been around a week since my withdrawal bleed finished, it was lighter than normal but not light enough to be implantation bleeding. The symptoms have been getting worse over the last week or so, my breasts only started getting sore yesterday but it’s not PMS because my next bleed is over two weeks away. I took an early response pregnancy test and it came back negative. I know it’s so unlikely that I am pregnant but is it possible that it wouldn’t show on a home pregnancy test?

I just can’t think of what else would cause me to feel all of this? I’m not TTC so I can’t imagine it’s just my mind trying to convince myself I’m pregnant. I don’t think it’s IBS because it doesn’t get better or worse with when I eat or go to the toilet and I don’t have any actual pain or discomfort in my stomach.

I appreciate this is ridiculous and the obvious answer is no, but I just thought I would ask incase someone on here has heard of something similar?

Thank you x

It's unlikely if you're past when your period is due.

If you've missed a few pills ect then that will be that's causing it all because your hormones will be all over the place

Hey OP, I had similar early last year. I missed 2 days of my pill, just completely skipped my mind as I'd had a busy weekend. A couple of weeks later I was convinced I was pregnant! The heaviest sorest boobs I've ever had! Intense nausea to the point I'd heave and went off food, bad cramp, headaches, the lot.
Your body should regulate again after a couple of weeks taking it religiously 😊 hope this helps
