Congratulations!
You probably won't hear back from a midwife until around 8 weeks.
When was your first day of last period? As that's what they'll go by.

Tips for right now would be make sure you're taking Folic Acid and Vitamin D. Or a pregnancy vitamin which contains them.

Don't worry about symptoms. Some people get loads, some people get none. It shows no indication on how your pregnancy is going. It's common for symptoms to come and go or disappear completely or even for weeks at a time. Again, don't worry. It's normal.

Cramps are normal. Everything is growing and stretching. As long as they're not accompanied by red blood

Congratulations 🎊🎊
There is a calculator on the nhs website you can use to work out your estimated due date.
As person above said you probably won't be booked in until about 8 weeks. Cut down on caffeine, if you drank loads like I did 😳
You'll have your first scan around 12 weeks and it definitely feels like a long wait! X

Thank you both. I am so nervous but so excited all the same! I have started taking pregnacare max and have cut back on caffeine. I feel so bloated already and started getting nausea. Any tips to ease this? Smile

Stop taking pregnacare, it made my nausea lots worse and a lot of women have found similar. Any supermarket own brand pregnancy vitamin will do.

Ginger biscuits are supposed to help nausea (didn't work for me) as is eating smaller amounts regularly and I found anti sickness wrist bands food

@Loops32 congratulations 💜
Take each day as it comes
Don’t be ashamed to ask for help and support if you need it
If you feel sickness coming on get to the GP ASAP and get something for it
