Hello , so I have recently found out I am pregnant on the 21st of March is when I got my bfp. TMI ( I had some bleeding and cramping on right side so gp told me to go to a and e ) which I did . They took my bloods . My beta hcg for the 23rd of March was 63 . I was referred for a scan that week . Nothing was seen no sac , no fetus , my bloods were taken and my beta Hcg had increased to 128 ( this was on the 26th March ) so was booked in for a further scan , on the 1st of April , still nothing seen no sac no fetus but my beta Hcg had risen to 735 . So I've been booked in for a further scan .

Could anyone possibly tell me if I should be concerned or if it's just I am to early ,

I had a baby 5 months ago so my periods have been irregular the past 3 months , my cycle in January lasted 42 days . So I'm unsure how far in pregnancy I actually am . My last period was 15th February and I can't be sure but I think I possibly convinced (tmi ) on the 11th of March as this was a few days after I got a positive ovulation test .

Could anyone possibly give me any advice or know how far in pregnancy I actually am , and weather I should be worried that no sac has been seen as of yet ?

It sounds like you are really early.
And I believe I saw someone write before that ultrasounds can rarely see anything until hcg is in the 1000s although I'm not sure how accurate that is!

It's a good sign that your hcg is rising well! It sounds like it could just be that you're too early to be able to see anything.
I know how hard it must be but unfortunately waiting is the only way to know for sure one way or the other.

Keeping my fingers crossed for you!🤞

I agree, your levels are rising well, I think it's just too early for them to see anything on the scan. Depending on when your next scan is, they may be able to see the sac, and confirm it's in the right place, but I'd say you're still another week or so away from seeing a heartbeat (just to give you realistic expectations of what you may see at the next scan). Wishing you all the best!
