Feeling guilty whilst WFH

So I’ve been working from home since March last year, like most of us! I have a 4 yr old daughter who is going to be a big sister in September. I’m 16 weeks today but the exhaustion this time round is unreal. I feel so guilty but keep having to lay down for half an hour every couple of hours otherwise I just don’t feel I can get through the day, which sounds ridiculous. I’ve got a dull headache that won’t shift and insomnia at night is a killer and when it gets to mid morning I can’t barely keep my eyes open. Just hoping I’m not alone in all this? I feel so guilty about it all 😔

I felt exactly the same. I have a toddler and thought that must be the reason I was so ridiculously exhausted but it wasn't like I was rushed off my feet with him because I could barely move from the sofa when I wasn't WFH!

Turns out I had anaemia which is really common. While waiting for my GP appt I ate pulses every day and it made such a difference. Now I've started on iron tablets and feel so much better; just the normal pregnancy aches and pains to deal with!
