Pregnancy bleeding

So I have very irregular periods. I had a period in December then nothing untill march I test weekly there always negative anyways Iast test I took was about the 14th of march it was negative I eventually came on my periods around the 17th nothing heavy just a lightish periods anyways its been 2.weeks.and I'm still wiping blood I decided to take a pregnancy test and it came back a faint positive I took more since and they seem to be getting darker could I be pregnant or am I miscarriaging right now? I rang the doctors but because I had a negative test just before I started to bleed I have to wait 2 weeks test again then go from there. I've never experienced implantation but I feel like 2 weeks bleeding is too long to be that but I also think I've ive miscarried would tests get stronger lines?

Morning all. Worry to hear of the above, it's so hard when one is unsure or what's going on. 😔. I'm meant to be 5wk and 3 days but starter bleeding yesterday. It started or pink light and only when I wiped few hours later got heavier. Had to use a pad. I'm still bleeding today but its calm down a little bit. Confused, sad, upset cos this is how my mc at 11 weeks started in jan. Just gonna wait for bleeding to stop and maybe ring epu to run scan next wk. I doubt they will see much now anyway. I also have a call booked with gp. Tbh I dont really feel pregnant anymore but God can do the impossible and I've read alot of successful stories. 🤷‍♀️🙏🤞
