Heya I'm 34 soon, have a child whose 5 and in January had a termination at 7 weeks due to medical problems they gave me the depo injection it comes after I had the termination and it's due to end soon. I only just stopped bleeding about 3 weeks ago.

Currently me and DP want to try again but I'm not sure whether to leave it more time and maybe try in a few more months. I have health anxiety and ridiculously worried about issues conceiving and complications with baby due to my age.

Does anyone have any advice or experience at all ? Thanks xx

You're only 33! The chances of an age related complication are still absolutely miniscule. Tons of women haven't even tried for a first baby at your age.

I don't think there's any need to rush because of your age. I think it might benefit you to see if you can get your health anxiety as well controlled and managed as possible before you ttc again.

Sorry for what happened to you with the termination. I am 35 and had no problems with this pregnancy so I don't think you need to worry on that front.

Sorry about what happened to you. Waiting a few months at the age of 33 really shouldn’t be an issue in regards to age. Early 30s are really common for women to start with their first child. I got pregnant a few months before my 35th birthday.
