Probably by the time anyone has responded I will have most likely spoken to my MW. However it is early & my brain is doing over time.
I am 35 +1, last week I had 2 episodes of rfm, typically once I was put on the monitor baby moved, everything absolutely fine & sent home both times without concern. I am a high risk pregnancy though, due to my own health condition. Baby is absolutely fine but over the weekend I did have steroids just incase I go into early labour. My midwife reassured me the chances were really slim but the consultant just thought it would be better to be safe. Anyway, yesterday I started to get awful lower back pain, I have had alot of twinges in my back this whole pregnancy but yesterday was just constant lower backache, my belly started to feel quite heavy towards the evening & then I noticed both my boobs have gone very firm. I am also having slight shooting pains down my legs. Could this be a sign of early labour? This is my 3rd DC but I have only ever been induced so I am not sure what to expect.
I plan to call my midwife this morning once I have dropped my children to school, I have a feeling she will tell me to go get checked out at the hospital.
