has anyone experienced Server Hg here ?

I can't keep food or water down i'm loosing weight.

i had this with my last pregnancy and had to terminate last year due to fetal abnormality.

Can anyone tell me where they got help from. ?

i'm in the uk .

Speak to your GP as a first point of contact. There are various medications you can try (cyclizine is usually one of the first they'll try you on). If you are still struggling or at any point feel you have become dehydrated either self refer or ask to be referred by your GP (it varies depending on where you are in the UK) to the early pregnancy unit for rehydration where they can also give you the anti-emetics via injection. Often they will check your ketones to determine whether you need rehydration, but you can still be dehydrated and have no ketones in your urine so look out for the warning signs of dehydration such as little/no urine output in 24 hours and push for treatment if you feel you need it.

There are so many things they can try. Hopefully something will work for you. You may need to take a combination of drugs to alleviate your symptoms but you won't know until you try.
