Consitpation pain?

about half hour ago i had this really bad pain while i was walking to the tolet i did need a poo at the time . The pain only lasted for about a min or so but it was very painfull. I mange to go to the loo but only alittle bit .I have also bin consitpated alot during this pregnancy is this just consitpation pain

Their is no bleeding

It could be constipation can be really painful

constipation pain can be really sharp and crampy I had it alot with my first two pregnancies. I started making my own muesli out of oats sunflower seeds pumpkin seeds dried apricots and currants, handful of each. this really cured it!

Your midwife or gp can prescibe lactoluse(sp?) it worked fantastically while i was pg and constipated.Hope this helps.
