29 weeks and feeling unwell - sharp cramps, nauseated etc

Wonder if this is normal? I’m 29+3. Last night I was laying on my side on the sofa and had a few really sudden, sharp pains that felt like they radiated from my crotch up through my stomach. They seemed to get worse when I breathed in, but they didn’t last very long. Baby has been moving lots, but the movements felt like she was turning yesterday rather than kicking and they almost make my stomach lurch, kind of like that feeling when you drive over a speed bump too quickly. Today I just feel yuck, I’m still getting some cramps although not as intense as yesterday. I feel a bit sick, and I’m still getting the weird turning sensations. Baby was breech last week at a growth scan, I’m wondering if she’s turning round and that’s what’s causing all of this. I’ve already been to triage so many times, I don’t want to bother them again if this is normal, and she’s moving lots! Anyone else?

Sounds like it could be her turning! I had something similar last week and she had moved from transverse to head down. Hoping she stays there!

I had this yesterday too, at bang on 30 weeks, like a crampy feeling in my lower back and a couple of sharp pains, but I had been on a long walk and I thought maybe I had overdid it and that was the reason... But then today I can feel baby moving different (like way more poking around the top of the bump?) and I am also a bit nauseous/queasy and have a bad stomach.

Now I am very curious to know if he has actually turned down!

@MissCantDecide I was building flat pack furniture the night before so that could explain the general achiness. My stomach definitely feels different now, it’s hard in different places than it was before! Wish it was easy to get a wee peek inside there to see what they were up to!
