Any similar stories? no HB, CRL 4mm, MGSD 5.7mm

Two days ago I had an NHS scan at 6+3 according to LMP, though we only DTD once that cycle, giving a five day window for conception. If work back 14 days from those 5 days to get a 28 day cycle LMP date, Id have been between 5+2 - 6+0

The results were a sac with a mean diameter of 5.7mm which dates at 5+0
A fetal pole of 4mm which dates at 5+6
No heartbeat seen.

History of recurrent loss.

From what I gather CRL of >5mm without HB is worrisome, but

It could very well be too early.
I've had an early scan with 2 of my pregnancies and went at what I thought was 6+3 with the first.
I was put back 4 days in the end. But there was no heartbeat seen. Went back a week later and there was a heartbeat.

Second one based on LMP I was 6+1 and again, no heartbeat seen until the week after.

Were the measurements from over the tummy or a transvaginal internal Scan?
Was the no yolk a tick box answer which was ticked accidentally? And then there was free text stating small yolk sac?
We Don’t call a non viable pregnancy if the GS is under 25mm diameter. A second scan is performed around 7-10 days later to reassess. Have you been booked for another scan to check again in a week or so?

@Poppiesway1
It was a transvaginal ultrasound.

The letter seems to be a template letter that was filled out, potentially having removed a previous woman details to put mine in. I've attached the report below, you can see she had to cross out the 'rescanned' section at the top, so I'm presuming it was due to using an old letter. She only printed this for me to provide evidence I was at the hospital to my employer. In the Pregnancy assessment section it says no yolk sac visible, but at the bottom on the diagnosis it says there is a yolk sac. So maybe the confusion on the yolk sac was accidentally not changed under the assessment section?

Yes she booked me back in for a rescan 7 days after the first.
