I'm 15 weeks pregnant now and during my
First trimester I lost 6lb , I'm plus size and diabetic so I do have too keep too a certain 'diet' (just better carb choices really) I have added between 2lb-3lb back since and should I be worried? Or isit ok at this point too not gain as I'm plus sized

I had a BMI of 22 when I conceived and gained nothing until 20 weeks. I don't think it's anything to worry about as the baby is tiny.

I’m 22 weeks, BMI of just under 37 and have lost 13lbs since January. If you’re overweight or obese it’s ok not to gain too much or not at all as long as your baby is growing ok.

There is no set weight gain ect.
As long as baby is growing fine.
I'm 38+5 and have only gained 2lbs.
Baby was estimated at 7lb 2 at my 37 week scan.

If you're on the larger side then from what I gather loosing is not such an issue as long as baby is growing well and putting on weight.
