Hi everyone, this is my second pregnancy 10 years apart and I never had this in my first pregnancy! I had an early scan at 6 weeks and everything looked fine baby had a HB and growing in the right place, On Thursday all day I felt really ill being sick and sleeping alot by 6.30pm I was bleeding bright red blood, there was one very small clot (the size of an orange seed roughly). I wasn't soaking through pads it was more so when I wiped it looks like alot on the paper towel, I did have a little cramping but nothing overly sore, I went to out of hours gynecology as my maternity unit said I was too early in my pregnancy to be seen by them. Gynecology examined me internally and said that my cervix were closed and that was a good sign but she went on to say that it is classed as a threatened miscarriage, I've been so upset and stressed I also suffer from high blood pressure so that's through the roof too, I'm just so scared. By Friday morning the bleeding stopped and I'm now left with a very very light brown colour today (Saturday) I have an emergency scan on Tuesday to check on the baby, I've been resting and drinking plenty fluids it's all I can do I feel so useless
