Need some advice (TMI)

Need some advice (might be TMI for some).

About three weeks ago I started noticing blood when I wiped after going for a number two..

This is happening every time I go to the toilet - I've been going two if not three times a day now (I'm putting the extra bowel movements down to my pregnancy).

I can't see any piles - I've never had them before, so is it possible to get them this early? I am 11 weeks pregnant and been bleeding for 3 weeks.

Sometimes the toilet pan literally looks like red water, and at times the blood on the tissue is quite thick. It's always bright red blood though.

I've now started to become really bloated but high up (under my ribs, almost) this has turned into a belly ache. I think it's aching though, because it's bloated.

Are these normal things that happen during pregnancy? I don't want to phone my doctor if this is just something that happens 🙈.

Thank you x

This isn’t something that has happened in my experience, and sounds really unpleasant for you. I would absolutely speak to your doctor.

Yeah I'm just getting a bit worried, but at the same time I don't want to call over piles 🙈 if that's what it is, thank you lovely.

Think I'll call my doctors on Monday xx

Might be an internal pile? Or even a fissure but that would be painful. Defo call the doctors it’s not something silly to call about x
