Second trimester is terrible for me

I feel like honestly my first trimester wasn’t that bad. Light nausea, occasional vomiting, moderate fatigue. But so far (I’m 19 weeks) my second trimester has been terrible. I’m constantly fatigued, I’ve thrown up a lot more, dizziness, I’m constantly forgetful, and don’t even get me started on the pelvic and lower back pain. I was already a DD before getting pregnant and now I had to buy a bra for a wedding and couldn’t even get it to clasp. I just feel like I’m not myself anymore and it’s scary. I’m only 18 going on 19 so maybe it’s just the hormones mixed with my young age making me feel so awful but I’m curious if anyone else has had similar experiences?

I’m 21 and the exact same! Second trimester has been so much worse!

I'm in my mid thirties and it's not been an enjoyable pregnancy for me, it's my first to. I think I had 6 weeks in the middle that were OK but that was it. Some people have good pregnancies others have it hard. I could've had it worse but I'd still class it as difficult. You've got to do what you can yo make yourself comfortable. Xx

You could be anaemic so ask your GP and midwife to check your vitamin and iron levels.

They’ve already said I’m not. They had to check because my grandmother is anaemic.
