Cramping?

I've been cramping for about 4 days now, much like period pains but not as severe, I've also started spotting but it seems quite dark to me...

Is this normal? I'm 5 weeks today.

Cramping can be normal in the early days, keep an eye on the spotting.
If it stops and the cramping eases off after a few days then it's most likely implantation.
If you have any increase in bleeding or it becomes bright red speak to your GP. They don't tend to scan before 6wk but they can check hormone levels with blood tests.

Cramping is completely normal.

I had pink and brown spotting between 4 and 8 weeks in all 5 of my pregnancies. Had a scan with 2 of them and doctor confirmed it was leftover blood from implantation

Phoned the doctors and waiting for call back- potentially being referred to EPU due to previous chemical pregnancy
