Hi all,

I'm really fancying a cheese ploughman's oval bite from Greggs but worried I can't eat it.. I don't know why I couldn't there isn't anything in it that could do harm? 16weeks and 5 days pregnant

Unless you're allergic to any of the ingredients, I think you'll be fine.

Of course its fine, check the NHS website for what foods to avoid, its actually a really small list!!

Of course you can. Cheese is hard so fine, condiments will be pasteurised and fresh salad is pretty low risk for contamination.
