Bleeding nearly 6 weeks but keep getting positive tests.

Hi,
I found out I was pregnant on Sunday 14th March then immediately started bleeding like a period for 4 days, so just presumed I had a chemical pregnancy. I now bleed nearly every other day.
The confusing part is I keep getting very positive tests, they're not fading and the clear blue digital test has increased the number of weeks.
I went to the epu last night for a blood test but still waiting on the results.
Has anyone been in a similar situation and had a positive outcome??
I just want to know either way what's going on.

Hi OP, how heavy is the bleeding? I had really similar with this pregnancy - a small bleed on day of BFP, then recurrent bleeds every 3/4 days or so for the next 3 weeks. Each bleed would start red, but only last 2 hours of so then turn to brown spotting for a day or two. Early scan showed a small haematoma above the GS, which was causing the bleeds. It reabsorbed after 6 weeks and I've had no more bleeding since. Scan at 8/9 weeks showed no sign of the haematoma. Almost 25 weeks now with no further issues. Good luck with your pregnancy xxx

Hi! I'm in a similar situation. I had one miscarriage in September at around 5 weeks and 3 days ago found out I was pregnant again 🥳 although, I've been having what feels like a light period pain on and off since I took the test. No bleeding but the cramps are worrying!

I went to the epu yesterday too and had a blood test and I'm waiting on my levels to see if they have dropped or doubled!

Hey, sorry I'm late to reply.
I got my result for Wednesday and my hgc 798. Went back on Friday and had bloods done, hgc was 1240 so not doubled. Just had a private scan today and they said they can see a sack and tiny baby with no heartbeat yet and measuring 5 and a half weeks 1.6mm.
In a way I'm massively relieved it's not eptopic but now got to wait a week to see if the baby grows any more.
I am going back to the epu tomorrow for a scan there so will see what they say. I might ask for another blood test aswell. I
am still bleeding most days so just so confused.
