Aspirin and sickness

Hi - I am on 35+3 and on aspirin for blood clotting/APS. My 'morning' sickness returned with a vengeance at 26 weeks.
I've just taken my aspirin (150mg dispersable) and within 5 minutes have been sick. I think I should take another dose of aspirin but I am aware that aspirin absorbs quickly, so hesitating.
Would would you do?

I'd hedge my bets and take half a dose.

I wouldnt take more to be honest.

Atleast for afew hours anyway

I was in a similar situation and was advised that since aspirin stays in the system a few days, don’t take another unless you can actually see the tablet in your sick (sorry!) and so know it hasn’t been absorbed.

Whatever you did, don’t worry, ring haematology for advice this morning if unsure.

Thanks all. I actually fell asleep while trying to decide! So that made the decision for me in the end Grin
I definately didn't see the tablet in the sick, and so decided to skip the dose and take it again at my usual time. Thanks for the advice.
