Hi so I've suffered from morning sickness from about 4/5 weeks, I've tried 3 different anti sickness but they don't help 100% anymore I am still nauseas all day and throwing up a few times. I've had a dull stomach ache all day today lower belly like period pains is this normal could it be related to sickness?
