I'm a student and is brainstorming current midwifery isues within the UK and would love to hear from practicing midwives. At the moment, I've got staff shortages, covid related issues, 1% pay rise dispute, increased complexities of care, effects of brexit. However, I find that all these issues are actually applicable to most other NHS roles. I'm struggling to find midwifery specific issues? Any help greatly appreciated! Thanks again
