I'm 21+3 and my skin is terrible. It was bad in the first trimester, seemed to improve loads by around 11-12 weeks, and came back with a vengeance at around 18 weeks. My spots are mostly on my chin and a few between my eyebrows.
So far I've kind of just let it be as I figured the less I put on my skin probably the better for baby. Beyond washing my face and applying moisturiser I haven't really been doing much.
But starting to feel like I'm neglecting myself a little. I'd like to be able to improve my skin and maybe do something nice for myself like a face mask once a week, but not sure what's safe in pregnancy and what will be effective? Anyone have any tips or something they've used and had success with? xx
