28 weeks too much fluid

Morning Mommas,

Just had my 28 week midwife appointment fundal height measuring 35 weeks!! Has anyone else had this?

Bloods - all fine
Glucose test - all fine came back clear
Baby heart beat - perfect
Movements - perfect

I have recently had my
Anti -D.

I am a worry wart though it's been a journey to get here (5th pregnancy - 1st child)

Fundal height is massively outdated but they have to have something to go by.

I've never known someone to go on to have a growth scan and something actually be wrong. It's very rare

Are they booking you in for a growth scan?

Yes with our 2nd and 3rd fundal height was way ahead of where it should be. They were both big babies (10lb 12oz & 9lb 10oz) with polyhydramnios (lots of fluid). Both had fairly easy deliveries and the extra fluid didn't cause any problems in pregnancy or labor, was like a waterfall when waters were broken though.
