37 + 4 pains

I'm currently 37 + 4 weeks pregnant, I've had lighting crutch on and off for weeks now but since yesterday it's really increased. I am also getting pain in actual hole if that makes sense (sorry TMI) it's like a very sharp sudden pain is this normal? I'm having on and off period pain since yesterday too. It's just this pain on the outside of area that is worrying me it's like sharp sudden pains like lighting crutch but outside if that makes any sense. Is this still lightening crutch? Has anyone experienced this?

I've had this all from around 36 weeks.
Still going with it now at 38+3 😩
