Brixton hicks when I walk...

Does anyone braxton hicks only come one when they walk? I walk my two boys to school which is about an hour round trip and after about 20mins my stomach is rock hard and takes my breath away until I get home. I literally can't even walk around shopping for long I have to make my fella go. Don't know why this little lady hates me walking so much lol

I get a lot of BH and not just when I walk but my MW did say it can be a sign of overdoing it and recommended taking it easy, eating more carbs (a banana is great) and making sure I stay really well hydrated. I used to always get them when I was rushing about making dinner - now I take a couple of minutes to have a glass of water and a snack before I cook (with my Mum's voice in my head saying "you'll ruin your dinner!") It has made a bit of a difference I think!
