One yoga and one pilates book, both covering from preparing for pregnancy to after the birth (including c-section)
Never really got the chance to use them as DS3 came 6 weeks early and hoped for VBAC did not happen.
Both look really good with full colour photos and the bits I did do were great.
Would love for someone else to use them. Any interest?
