Hi guys and dolls

I'm currently 14 weeks pregnant and looking for some decent books to be reading to help me a long.
I'm happy with any sort of recommendation and would like some plus size and pregnant recommendations if possible?

I'm clueless!

Hellp 🤣

Hey, I’m 14 weeks too! I’ve just started the ‘your no guilt pregnancy plan’ as it had great reviews and I quite like the vibe of it, but I don’t know what else I would expect from a pregnancy book!

Thanks chicca1990 I'm going to do a little research now and perhaps do yet another pregnancy purchase 🙈

Expecting Better - I cannot recommend it enough. It looks at the data behind why the say you can’t do x,y,z during pregnancy. I found it so informative and has helped me be better informed and make better decisions.

Pregnancy, birth and beyond by Marie Louise was recommended to me on here and I've really liked it. Covers everything in a way that's not scary but is also realistic, I feel way better informed after reading it!
