Bleeding

I am new to this but just want to ask a question. I am so stressed right now and I just found this while browsing. I am about 4 weeks pregnant and yesterday I started spotting then bleeding and today I am still bleeding. I went to the ER and they have booked an ultrasound and I wanted to know if anyone has gone through this in their early days. I am so worried and I barely slept so the wait for tomorrow is killing me. I have an appointment for an ultrasound tomorrow morning.

Hi , what colour is the bleeding?
It’s very common to bleed very early on. I don’t have experience of it but I’ve read many many threads where everything has turned out ok Flowers

It started off as pink but it’s red now! It’s my first pregnancy and I am just so freaked out.
