Measuring big tummy at 20weeks

Hi! So just been for my 20 week scan, all measurements were spot on but his tummy was measuring bigger. I am being sent for a rescan in two weeks time. According to online, this happens because the mother has diabetes or thyroid problems, my tests have come back fine. Does anyone know of any other reasons? Just a big baby? Measured wrong? Growth spurt? What happens if the babies tummy continues to measure bigger. Has anyone had similar experience? TIA

Our son measured big on tummy. He was just a big baby, had rolls like the Michelin man lol.

Oh they did GTT twice because of the size of him and both were within normal range.

I’ve had three babies whose abdomen measurement was off the charts. They were long (not big) and it just showed up there for some reason. I had several GTT and all fine. No thyroid problems either.

Yep my 12 week old measured off the scale for abdominal circumference all the way through my pregnancy and I had to have 3 GTTs 🙄 I'm fine, he's fine, he's just got a big tummy (like his Dad 😂)
Please don't worry, if all your tests are fine the likelihood of anything being wrong is very small.
