Hi all,

I work in a hospital ward working 12hr shifts with little time to rest/take a seat. When would you suggest starting MAT leave?

It's more down to when you feel you need it.

My job was standing for 10 hours a day and ended up taking it as early as I could as I was struggling with PGP and kept having dizzy spells.
It's all down to how you feel personally rather than the job
