7 weeks face rash

So this is all new to me completely and every new symptom is taking me by surprise . I've just looked in the mirror and my face is covered in small red dots like a rash.. I'm 7 weeks pregnant has anyone had this before?

Skin changes are very common because of hormones. Could also be anything you use on your face, again because of hormones in pregnancy, is making you react to it now when you didnt before
