Should I seek a second opinion?

Hi
At my 12 week scan a hemorrhagic cyst of 6cm was found. I had my 20 week scan a couple of days ago where we found out we were expecting a healthy little boy. The sonographer checked and the cyst was still there and said it was now 4.9cm but then started questioning herself & asking us if she should be measuring the whole thing. She was moving the Doppler so quickly we couldn’t even tell what she was measuring & she changed it to 10cm,blamed baby being in the way & said they might just refer to gynaecology once babies born & said she was sure someone would do the referral eventually.

I literally have no experience with cysts and if it hadn’t been for my 12 week scan I would never have known it was there.
If it was something concerning would they leave it until after the babies been born? Or should I ask my consultant for a second opinion due to the sonographer questioning herself? I don’t know what they can really do whilst I’m pregnant & just looking for reassurance really from others who have similar experiences.
