Could be anywhere from 16 to 20 weeks.

With my twins I could feel the 1st movements before my dating scan but they were our 4th & 5th babies. Our 1st baby I didn't feel her until around 20wks. All my placentas have been top or back (one twin was back but low lying), if you have an anterior it can block a lot of movement even with twins. They usually tell you the position at the anomaly scan, I found out my current at a private scan at 16+4 (posterior/back). This one follows 2 mc's, our 3rd followed 1 and our 2nd followed 2 too so I know how worrying pregnancy after mc can be. Hang in there, you will feel the movements soon, you'll have a lot more scans than most with twins too (I had them every 4 weeks with our girls).
