Should I phone triage ? Back pains , lots of pressure and light pink spotting? Having to sit down a lot & diarrhoea ? Due in 3 week 5 days ? Many thanks

Iv been having this for a couple of days , I do have midwife tomorrow at 5pm should I wait or ? Just not unbearable pain I can cope thank you
