today I cant stop panicking. its like im having one long panic attack. no triggers or anything I woke up like it and I've been like it all day. I just cant stop it and its unbearable. I've tried all the techniques. all the breathing techniques, having a bath, speaking to friends, reading, colouring, everything and none of it is working. all I know is it will be negatively affecting baby but I cant stop it happening. has anyone else with anxiety or panic disorder found their panic attacks got work in pregnancy xxx
