I have just found at I am pregnant, 5 baby at 42, completely unplanned, on the pill and only have had sex twice in the month. I am 7 weeks pregnant and absolutely scared as I have not taken any vitamins have drunk wine and gin. I also have to consider the risks at my age.
My eldest is 22 and the youngest is 15.
I am not sure what to do, how could this have happened, it's not like I am a teenager.
I need a hand hold and some positive older mum stories.

Absolutely not a problem regarding vitamins and alcohol consumption etc.

What does "5 baby" mean?

I don't think we need to tell you how this happened but many people do not take vitamins and even drink some alcohol before realising they are pregnant so don't worry about that.

Don't worry about vitamins or drinking, both can be rectified now and still have a very healthy pregnancy. Your age may increase risk of some problems but age is not a guarantee that you will experience them either. If you are happy to carry and care for a baby at your age then there is not reason you can't make it work, if not then you do have options available to you.
Let the news sink in for a few weeks, speak to the dad and go from there.
